Lala have a stronger flavour reminiscent of the sea and are salty or fishy. They are less salty, juicier, and their meat very plump, with a delicious briny aftertaste.
Storage Guidelines:
To be consumed as soon as possible after purchase. You may place it in a container, cover it with damp paper or cloth and keep a cool prior to cooking.
