Description
Mud crabs are commonly used for delicate dishes. Its moist meat, mostly found in the body and claws, has a marvellous distinct and sweet flavour. The mud crab is one of the best seafood for presentation, with graceful legs and ornate claws that can be kept whole and used as a garnish.

To be consumed as soon as possible after purchase. You may place it in a container, cover it with damp paper or cloth and keep a cool prior to cooking.
