Description
Chinese Pomfret is one of the most popular fish in Malaysia and Singapore, especially during Chinese New Year because of its auspicious meaning. Similar to White Pomfret, it has a smooth and buttery texture with very few fine bones, making it very easy to prepare and enjoyed by kids.
Storage Guidelines:
To be consumed as soon as possible after purchase. You may place it in a container, cover it with damp paper or cloth and keep a cool prior to cooking.
