Description
Scientifically known as Fenneropenaeus indicus, seawater prawns are generally wild-caught from the sea. The texture of prawn meat is tender. The taste is mild and sweet. The shell of the prawn is thinner, ideal for stir-fry.
Storage Guidelines:
To be consumed as soon as possible after purchase. You may place it in a container, cover it with damp paper or cloth and keep a cool prior to cooking.
